Donay Pty Ltd is a residential property company operating as a trustee for a Superannuation fund. Over 20 years ago, it recognised that there was a shortage of affordable housing for families and older people in regional areas; and so began our commitment toward affordable housing for all. Using expertise within the Endeavour Group, the company purchased older houses and carried out building improvements to make them suitable as rentals. As operations continued to expand, the company built new houses and completed small rural subdivisions. Donay is proud of its diverse property holdings and we highly value our relationship with tenants many of whom have been long-term. The company recently commenced working on plans for residential units designed for older people that are looking to downsize in the South Gippsland region. We are committed to using local builders and contractors so that every development is built with pride and quality workmanship.
